Located in a peaceful area, the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. the hotel offers various activities and a children's playground. the breakfast has a high variety of food and the rooms are spacious and clean. the rooms have maintained various facilities like a terrace, and the staff is very helpful in solving bathroom issues.

The food and beverages are below average, so you may opt to eat outside the hotel.

Had an amazing xmas stay at this hotel! The staff were very nice and helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The variety of food was high and the rooms were very clean and wide. The key location facts were perfect for us, as we could easily access the large adult pool, children's pool and aqua park, and there was also a small children's playground that our kids loved. The best aspect was the professionalism and hospitality of the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.

We did experience a few negative aspects during our stay. the coffee wasn't of the best quality, and the buffet was rich in variety but poor in terms of food quality.

Nice parking facility and beautiful pools. the aqua park is so much fun and perfect for the children. the hotel location is near to the beach and the city center, which is great for exploring. the room was so clean and spacious, and the staff was delightful.

The food and beverages are not good. the cocktails and coffees are poorly prepared and not worth the price.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was convenient and the service was top-notch. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome drink and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. We were impressed with the variety of amenities and services offered here. There was a spa & wellness centre with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services, perfect for relaxation. The outdoor swimming pool and aqua park provided endless fun for both adults and children. The sun terrace and garden area were great spots to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay unforgettable.
